Forged Forging is a processing method by use of forging press put pressure on metal blanks, making it produce plastic deformation in order to obtain certain mechanical properties, a certain shape and sizes. Forging can eliminate the as-cast loose defect produced during the metal smelting process, and optimize the microstructure. Meanwhile, because of the intact metal flow, the mechanical properties of forging will be better than that of castings in the same material. Fittings distribute both domestic and foreign forged fittings and forged pipe fittings to complete your forge, flange and bar order. We distribute ½" thru 60" seamless and welded fittings and pipe for the pipeline, heat exchanger, pressure vessel, petrochemical, and refinery applications. Our forged fittings are available in carbon steel, duplex, chrome-moly, stainless steel and nickel alloy materials.
